Namaqualand, South Africa
Surf Spots & Information
Little is known about the Namaqualand surfing and coastal region. Much of it is off-limits, owned and heavily restricted by the De Beers Diamond Company. This is not an area in which to be traveling by yourself. However, there are some epic waves to be found here, and many more left to be discovered.
Time it right. This region is often windy and blown out, with thick mist banks.
